Chris Baker



Co-Founder



Chris Baker was the Production Manager at Ensign Natural Resources. Chris has over a decade of experience managing remote operation teams. Prior to Ensign Natural Resources, Chris was a remote operations center team lead at Murphy Oil Corporation, as well as holding multiple field roles from Lead Operator to Superintendent. Chris has embraced the digital oilfield pioneering the remote operations team at Murphy and Ensign. This proficiency has afforded opportunities to share his expertise with his colleagues in industry conferences, podcasts, and other forums to bring low operating costs to production companies.



Mike Duhon



Co-Founder



Mike has over 33 years of experience in Oil and Gas production operations with the last eight in the Superintendent role at both Ensign Natural Resources and Murphy Oil Corporation. Mike has held positions ranging from Operator, Lead Operator, Field Forman, to Operations Superintendent over his career. Mike has worked with Sr. management to implement and maintain operational cost control, and safety initiatives to drive cost down while increasing production and reducing TRIR. Mike believes that while change may not always be easy or popular it is often necessary to become a top-tier operator in the ever-changing and competitive Oil and Gas Industry.
